SCWR’s 2nd Annual Screenwriter’s Micro-Resident – Elizabeth Rodgers

Silver Creek Writers Residency is pleased to announce that our 2nd annual Screenwriter’s micro-residency will feature Boise-based screenwriter and filmmaker Elizabeth Rodgers. She will join Silver Creek Writers Residency’s first screenwriter’s micro-resident Cody Gittings (Smoke, 2016), also based in Boise, during the 2016 Sun Valley Film Festival, March 2nd through March 6th.

About Elizabeth Rodgers

Elizabeth Rodgers, a Los Angeles native, is a screenwriter and filmmaker who has written for Paramount Pictures, Carsey/Werner and Showtime, among others.  Her documentary, Exodus 1947, was broadcast nationally on PBS and on educational television outlets worldwide. Elizabeth is currently working on two films with Idaho connections: a script based on the true story of the missionaries from Idaho who were arrested for child trafficking in Haiti and a father daughter dramedy, set in Ketchum.
